Has anyone had the Via Disc procedure?

Hello, Yes, I just had the Viadisc procedure in Mar 2025. It was an easy procedure, not really painful, but I got absolutely NO response at all, after 6 weeks of hoping. The Dr told me 60% of his patients got a positive result, obviously I was in the 40%. I have severe spinal stenosis and have tried steroid injections with no response, but I had such hope for the Viadisc, All it did was cost me a few thousand out of pocket because I have a high deductible on my Medicare supplement insurance. Now, at 82, I'm forced to find a part time job to build my emeregency fund up again. I'm a retired pharmacist, but I cannot work on my feet for 12 hours as I did for 46 years, so I'm looking for a work-from-home job in the health care industry ,hopefully soon. I was going to get the MILD procedure in a few months, but now, I likely won't. Best wishes ,I hope it helped you if you had it.

I had this procedure done just over 6 weeks ago and no improvement so far. In fact I'm in more pain now than before the procedure. Definitely getting frustrating, especially since the insurance didn't cover this procedure and it was close to $13,000 out of pocket for one disk. the doctor said he could split the dose between two disks and it would still work. maybe that's part of the reason it's not working. I'm trying to be patient since I'm reading that this can take 6-8 weeks to see improvement. We'll see....
