Hi Colleen,

I am supposed to be calling yesterday to find out if I'd be able to get in soon. Is the coordinating doctor the same for my coming now as it was when I was there a few years ago for something else

Can not say for sure if coordinating doctor would be same, probably not if not related to current disease.

When call or request an appointment, they can answer that question.

You can find out about requesting an appointment at:
https://www.mayoclinic.org/appointments
There is an option for returning patients and next question will be if for previous condition or a new concern.

Are you self referring or is your current provider doing a referral to Mayo?
