I have not stayed at Hope Lodge, but have a suggestion, if you contact Mayo's free Concierge services, they will be able to tell you process for lodging at Hope Lodge and other lodging options.

I added your question about Hope Lodge experiences to the Visiting Mayo Clinic group as well as the Brain Tumor group. I believe @round5 @rlsob @cads @bobbygene and others have experience staying at a Hope Lodge, maybe different locations as they are many at different sites.

When will you be heading there for treatment?

I am supposed to be calling yesterday to find out if I'd be able to get in soon. Is the coordinating doctor the same for my coming now as it was when I was there a few years ago for something else

Can not say for sure if coordinating doctor would be same, probably not if not related to current disease.

When call or request an appointment, they can answer that question.
