Does low dose naltrexone help with chronic pain?
I wanted to know if anyone has found relief from chronic pain by using low dose naltrexone. If so are there many side effect?

Naltrexone is used when narcotic abuse is part of the patient picture. If no drug abuse is in the picture buprenorphine transdermal patch works very well. I’ve been on it for over 3 years and only change my patch every 7 days. Here is some info about it.

I started out on 15mcg patch but after a week we increase to 20mcg and been on same dose and it works very well.
I use low dose naltrexone for chronic pain, and I find that it does help. It doesn’t eliminate the pain, but it definitely reduces it. And the best it is I don’t have any side effects.
