I'm with you, do I bought a Marodyne unit for body vibration. I also had a REMS Scan done to look at bone quality. I track my calcium and protein intake each day. I take MK4 ,as per Japanese study of postmenuposal women and D along with Fortibone. You can look at all of these on PubMed. Weight training and walking, along with heel drops are mandatory each day. I have also done REMS recently, but the doctor only gave me T values for spine and hips.
Should I request specifically to evaluate bone quality? What kind of data you received?
