@kkathysan Thank you for your update and replying to @sor1959. I appreciate all the care you put into this post and providing the reasons why you declined chemotherapy. Whether or not to pursue more treatment is a very individual decision but I can see many people who may have second-guessed you.

It’s reassuring that your change in diet and nutrients as directed by the naturopathic doctor you see is working for you. It’s so discouraging to live with chronic pain.

How are you feeling overall? With these changes do you feel like doing more of the things you enjoy?

@naturegirl5 Thank you Helen for the reply to my post. I am feeling better over all. I even noticed recently when I caught a cold from my Grandchildren, that I actually recovered within 8 days instead of it taking weeks to get over! That is a sure sign my immune system is much better and stronger.

If there is one thing I have learned over the years about my health, it’s the more I learn…..The more I need to learn. I am very thankful to see improvement! 🙏🏻
