I know, it's just awful. You're joking about super glue, right?! I bumped myself so gently and there is this ghastly purple blood mark! I think we should come up with a bubble wrap suit to wear!

I look like I got into a brawl not just a cat fight! I take blood thinner because of Afib. The prednisone is also causing terrible hair loss! Sometimes I just stay home because of how awful I look. The things I have found that help is arnica roll-on gel to help purple spots go away sooner and Burt’s Bees Belly Butter to keep my skin less dry and more supple. I have to apply it TWICE a day to my arms to lessen the tares. If I skip a day, I’m a mess again! I also have covered the edges of doors and cabinet shelf edges with a stick on edge protector that is meant for toddlers. I bought several rolls on line at Amazon. It seems to help some with the bruising. I keep telling myself that things will improve when my prednisone dose gets lower. Hope I am right!
