I've been taking for a month. So far so good. I have spinal score of -3.5. Tried AlgaeCal for 6 months and my score went from -3.2 to -3.5 along with all other scores lowering. I was so upset. I'm an avid exerciser, 62 and of normal weight and eat almost a mediterranean diet. No luck. So I stopped the AlgaeCal. I had my husband inject me for a week and then I did myself. It's not hard but it is a mindset. Good luck!

Did you get your money back from AlgaeCal? They guarantee an improvement at 6 months and if you started their product s within the 30 days of a Dexa scan you can put a claim in. I’ve been taking Fortibone only for over a year and my numbers have not improved . I’m about to start the package but my dexascan was a month out of the guarantee range. Now I either have to wait till spring or just forget about the guarantee Clause!
