For me, biking doesn't work. It tends to trigger my AUS and leaking. So I only suggest you proceed with caution on this and other activities.

@grandpun can you say more? I’m an avid cyclist. If I were to have an AUS, would it keep me off the bike? Now, I go through a pad every 1-2 hours, and I definitely don’t drink enough water. Thanks.
