Not exactly in my neck but my vest usage (Afflovest) caused left side shooting pains near my rib cage. These happened randomly hours after using the vest, about 7-10 days after starting its use. The pains would stop me in my tracks. Once I stopped Afflovest so did the pains.

Sorry to hear that but glad to hear you solved the problem. I think in my case the Smartvest was one factor in several that caused my neck, shoulder and jaw area to spasm and tighten, triggering the cervicogenic headaches. It does seem to be resolving, albeit very slowly through a lot of self care.
