If you go to the ER, there is a chance you might get a group of physicians to get together and discuss your case. That might conjure up some ideas that could help your situation. If your pain is that bad, why not consider oxy if it becomes a viable option. Especially if it might bring your pain down and make life bearable again.

Thank you for responding - I went to the ER and spent the night - they did CT scans and blood tests and heart tests - they didn’t find anything significantly wrong. Except that I was taking steroids from the ablation that was causing my symptoms to be 10x what they were. I was on Oxy for 6 weeks. I am a recovered alcoholic and can’t afford to be on Oxy. A few doctors are pointing to Central sensitisation Syndrom - feeling worse everyday right now and literally feeling like I am slowly dying. Today is a bad day - I have hope on ok days
