I have a 63 year old sister who had very similar DEXA results to you 4 years ago and her endocronologist put her on Tibolone - a form of HRT - and she has seen an incredible improvement, especially in her spine, which went from a T score of -3.7 to -2,8 in the first 2 years. She has been told she can stay on it for life. I don't know why this isnt offered more often rather than going straight to the biosphonates which can only be used for a limited time anyway.
