I also have been using the Smartwest with no problems. 15 minute therapy sessions. Velcro easy to attach, so I'm able to put it on and take it off myself. I've traveled with it as well, and the travel case is great, compact and not too heavy. I also use a nebulizer treatment before the vest with Albuterol, 3% sodium chloride, but my doctor said 7% probably ok. I noticed Amazon has 3% and 7% in 5ml containers. I am also using the 15 ml vial and portion out 5, 3% doses at a time. After the vest I finish my treatment with Simbecort. I do this regine twice a day. I am also doing halotherapy (salt inhalation treatments) that are tremendously helpful in thinning mucous to supplement my airway clearance regime.
