Things are so bad for me I feel like I'm going crazy too. When I went to my therapist I told her I can't stand my job. Everything irritates me. Things that shouldn't , do. I've been at my job for 28 years and for the last 3 or 4 years literally can't stand my job. She mentioned post menopause . Suggested I get my numbers checked .

My Journey with covid 19 and menopause. I am 61 and I went into post menopause at age 55. My OBGYN did test my numbers and I am in Post Menopause. However the symptoms did not start until I was 57. It was April 13, 2020 during covid 19, so I was confused. I didn’t know if it was covid symptoms or menopause. I had so many weird symptoms. The very first symptom I had was vertigo and it landed me in the ER. After that balance issues, dizziness, vertigo, ear problems, barometric pressure headaches, vestibular migraines, anxiety, brain fog, chronic fatigue, stomach problems. I have pain/stiffness all over my body and vaginal dryness that started in 2023. Today I still have all of the above, but I manage them better. By diet, pre and probiotics, vitamins, protein drinks, water, supplements. The three supplements that helped me the most was Vitamin B8 Inositol, this one helped break down the sugar in my body causing me chronic fatigue, lightheadedness and anxiety. The second and third was NAC and Nattokinase for the vertigo. I started grounding myself as much as I can. I bought grounding mats and run the rod to the outside ground. I also started using red light therapy in my ears and nose. If I keep regular with all my new daily routine and therapies, I can make it through the day. Yes and Pray! God has guided me to all there sites and I have learned from everyone else. Thank you Jesus, Amen.
