My blood pressure at home is good for the upper number but is often in the mid to low 80s for the lower number. Should I let my Dr or cardiologist know? My blood pressure was 110/78 at the drs yesterday

If you're consistently over 80, you probably do want to mention it to them. Or you could try to lower it on your own. Because I can't take the meds, I've been trying to keep mine lower by cutting back drammatically on salt and sugar, getting more sleep and losing weight.
