Every booster I took put me down for 10 days or so. I don't believe I can tolerate them. Should I come down with a respirastory virus of any kind, I rely on Nature's Way "Umcka Cold + Flu" liquid. It works for me every time; I swear by it.

I also like Umcka. If I may ask, was each booster MRNA or had you tried Novavax? Thanks!
