Hi @dadcue - Thanks for letting us get to know you a little better. I so appreciate all of the support you have provided on Connect to help others navigate the world of PMR. Also, think it's great that you can keep pressing on and enjoy cruises. As a really old Navy vet, the only other non military cruise I took was the inside passage cruise to Alaska from Vancouver and it was amazing - and much different than the cruises on a 390 ft Navy destroyer in heavy seas.

I was first diagnosed many years ago with PMS - ‘too young’ one Dr said and then it was RA. ( now I am 78/ not too young! lol) Prednisone still works best - body requires it now (5-10). Problems - but allowed me to LIVE actively. No longer - big trouble walking ( other comorbidities) But
What IS the difference between PmR and RA??????
