PSA testing results same before and after 3 weeks of Holep surgery

I had my first meeting with my urologist today after 3 weeks of HoLEP procedure, my PSA of Dec 12th 2024 (1.47) with Surgery on March 27th 2025, my PSA did NOT change 1.47 Any thoughts from anyone! Greatly appreciated,

I think you still need to follow thru with the MRI. Your PSA is very low, yet you still had G3+4 in your tissue sample.
Some PCa’s don’t produce a lot of PSA so you need to really know if there are any suspicious lesions left in your prostate.
