Update on hospital stay from chest pain. I was diagnosed with pneumonia! Spent 5 days in with IV antibiodics. I had a very difficult time just walking to the bathroom.
If this is what it's going to be like, im not looking forward to 3 more rounds of chemo. I dont understand why they cant remove the tumor now instead of waiting 9 weeks to end chemo. Im afraid i might not make it to the end.

@wrmeador, Hopefully you are getting some relief by now. This may be the hardest time you face. Now your docs know more about how you will handle the treatment. We're all a little different, and none of us are routine.
Please be honest with your doctor, in regard to asking the questions over again even if they have been addressed, and what you are thinking and feeling. Those feelings of diminished hope are important to talk about too. It's a hard time, and the recent trips to the hospital haven't helped. Anyone would feel down in that situation. I hope you can get a 'win' soon and feel even just a little better.
How is the pneumonia?
