Ray,
Love your witty sense of humor, marrying well and stepping down from the treadmill, equally challenging 😂, Classical Greek seems somehow easier! 🤣 Sense of humor is a great quality to live through these diseases.
Try to learn a set of exercises, even if you have to get a private Physio for a few sessions, best spend money. Then, you can take the exercising routine in your hands.

Hello!

Until I get connected with a good PT, that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm doing all the leg strengthening exercises my former PT left with me, and following an online balance program, one I've been following for a few years now. These are the things I've been doing, but your message this morning (or perhaps you sent it last evening) has inspired me to double-up: work harder, not so that I injure myself, but harder nonetheless.

Obviously, I did succeed at dismounting the treadmill. I've never really succeeded at marrying well, however. I am partnered these days; that's going well, so well that I might take a chance trotting on a treadmill again one of these days.

Να είστε καλά!*
