Had vaginal bleeding after Kenalog for the knee. I then tried bethamethasone for the shoulder and knee and to my surprise vaginal bleeding happened again

I had vaginal ultrasound which showed cyst on one of my ovaries.

Then I had biopsy inside the uterus ,and it showed atypical uterine cells with no hyperplasia, or thickening of the uterine lining, I am to understand.

Now onto a hysteroscopy and read if atypical cells, one should follow up with 2 more biopsies that are negative if still abnormal, hysterectomy is recommended if no longer child bearing age.

Has anyone had this finding with atypical cells also known as abnormal cells but not cancerous?

Hi yes i have had vaginal bleeding and have all of the tests after steroid shot in my back . I am finding out talking to dr that they weren't all that familiar with bleeding after cortisone shots . However ,since i have done my own research i have found out it’s quite common. My gynecologist has put me on vaginal estrogen cream and suppository estrogen to see if that helps to stop the bleeding .Its been 16 days since i had the last shot so we will see if the estrogen has made a difference .So far iam ok but it usually takes about 16-17 days before it happens ..fingersx . It is definitely a worry but so far all my tests have been clear . I also have very bad leg cramps a night so i am dealing with that at the moment . So far its been worth it for me to get the shots but you cant help but worry if its worth it .cheers v
