I have the same three long Covid symptoms: fatigue, brain fog, and lung nodules. My lung disease was termed, interstitial lung disease, and that’s the pulmonologist I see now. I haven’t done any research on the three being related. But I look forward to seeing what you or others have found. Thanks!
