I'm the total opposite. I am over weight and don't exercise. I'm 77 and just went for my first mammo after lumpectomy and all is clear. I think the best thing to do is not stop your socializing and continue as though nothing has changed. You will come though this like hundreds of other women have. It's not a death sentence anymore.
