Yes, I had L4-S1 alif and plif. I followed all post op recommendations, do my physical therapy exercises and walk everyday

Hello! My husband just had L5, S1 alif and plif with Dr Bydon on 4/29. He has to wear a support belt for 3 months. The belt is extremely heavy, uncomfortable. Did you have to wear one and if so how was it for you? Any suggestions?
