I’ve had extensive workup done and mostly all normal except I was diagnosed with mctd sept 2024… my neurologist thinks it’s long covid also Saw another rheumatologist in May who didn’t think I had mctd … at a loss Still have brain fog and fatigue almost daily. Started welbutrin again which helps somewhat with energy but not all the time
