@pm56

It is very frustrating to cycle through biologic after biologic. I’m on my 6th or 7th and it still doesn’t do the trick without a steroid (and Methotrexate and low dose Naltrexone). I’m on the new Cosentyx infusion that was finally approved last October.

Rituximab by infusion is usually considered the “last resort” drug. I did three doses and while it didn’t work for me (I have more of an overlap syndrome than straight RA), I didn’t have any bad effects from it. Hopefully the Xeljanz works well for you 🤞

@pm56 You are lucky you didn’t have any bad responses to Rituxamab. I had three doses didn’t help the ra but wiped out my B cells forever! Which means my iggs are low , which makes it hard to fight infections. So now another infusion every week for the rest of my life. Like many of you I have tried a lot of the meds. The humira worked for 6 years then stopped working. It’s hard to get on another med due to my infections. Anyway I hope all goes well with you.
