Same with me .. my repeat scan is next week.. hoping they are unchanged .. I don’t think they will be gone .. you would be surprised to know how many people have developed these nodules .. I am a nurse and many of my coworkers are in the same situation.. I’m sure there are a lot more .. they just haven’t had a scan yet to confirm it..

I just wanted to say good luck to you with the repeat scan next week. I know how hard this "scanxiety" can be. I started taking an amino acid supplement, 200 mg of L-theanine maybe 6-8 weeks ago. I had read that it was good for calming anxiety and normally I am skeptical about things like this but since I don't like to take "pharmaceuticals" I thought I'd try it. To my surprise I have to say it really has taken the edge off my anxiety about these nodules. I thought I would never get to a point where I could cope with living with these things daily. Now I do realize around re-scan time it might be a different story with me. I get my annual scan late September this year too. I plan on keeping on the supplement and trying to remember to just live my life in the present and in the truth that "I don't have a problem until I have a problem" and trust that if these things ever do become a problem I will learn to deal with it then and I am not going to waste energy on the "what if" scenarios. I know its easier said than done but I hope we both can do that. I also hope and pray these things never do become problems for you, me, or anyone else that has them. Wishing you good health!
