This sounds very like myself. I am an assistant practitioner. I have had continuous back pain for over 6 months. I have had a clear xray. I am only ok when I dont do anything. As soon as I try and get on with daily life I am in agony. I walked the dog for a short walk today and made dinner for my family which has resulted me in tears. I had thoracic nerve pain to begin. I am on pregabalin which helps to a degree but does not help with the burning muscle pain. Daily activities such as shopping, walking, preparing food or if I was to do my job causes severe pain. I am seeing a physio, exercises also cause pain. I have had accupuncture also.
Awaiting to have bloods done this week. I am 36 so again I feel not being taken seriously.
