I am having PRF injections (similar to PRP) from my TMJ dental specialist. Round 3 is next week. So far, no demonstrative change. I hear it takes awhile for tissue to regenerate. Worth trying. I'm at later stage in disease process, so it's a 50/50 chance that it will work for me. You need a professional to inject. Your blood is drawn, spun and reinjected into the jaw joint. Minimal discomfort.

I have never heard of this, and intrigued. Are you doing this because of osteoarthritis or another reason? What type of professional do you go to? Hoping it all goes well for you.
