Hi, @dolphinpoo - I'd like to tag a few Mayo Clinic Connect members who may know about experiencing constipation or loose stools after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery and trying to get a a healthy balance @bborth @nova1976 @cheeky123 @misssuezq @joysmiley64 @nova1976.

I have have the same issue. Recently I started Motegrity and miralax and that seems to help. I adjust the miralax depending on if things seem to be loose or if constipation. So some days I take Miralax twice a day and sometimes just once. If I don't have a bowel movement that day I take the second dose before I go to bed and then it usually helps the next day.
