After my GI doctor diagnosed my NET’s , my care was turned over to a NET specialist at Mayo, where he explained quite a few options of treatment for me.. After speaking with that team I had a more positive outlook on living with this.. I fully recommend seeking a NET Specialist. Hope and prayers with you..

+1 on Mr. Vinnie's response. For my personal education, do GIST NETs secrete like Pheos? I got some datacenter cycles with Microsoft trying to model the secretion triggers. Pheochromocytomas mostly al secret, as far I am told, active Paragangliomas are very rare. How about any other NETs and hormone release. Do they, enough to show on a blood or 24 hrs urine test?
