It’s quite possible that the nodule is inflamed based on what they are seeing and their experience with this, I’m very confident that they will be careful with your situation because you have a history with cancer, also you have every right to get another opinion if you need to be reassured. I have always had doubts when going through this because I’m a chronic worrier so looking for answers is second nature for me and I feel very strongly about taking responsibility for my own health, good health.
