deborahia, your question is lingering out here without and answer. You probably already know the answer. But Most people take two years of Reclast which is two injections. You can begin Reclast immediately at the end of the month of Evenity. Some physicians think it is better to wait a month or two, the idea being that Reclast will work better after the restoration of osteoclasts. The concept doesn't seem sensible to me, but they may know lots of things that I don't.
Some people only take one infusion of Reclast as the medication is believed to be effective for two years.

Actually I did not know the course of Reclast, so thank you for the answer. I will ask my rheum next week when I see him why he feels (if he does) that it is better to wait a month or two. (and post if I feel it will be helpful) Now I wonder, what happens after Reclast????
