They called and are putting me on Bactrim for a week and they say it's ok to have the surgery on May 5th. She said they have patients all the time with infections(UTI's) and as long as they're on antibiotics they do fine. She also said it's low level non-contagious Staph. One nurse said this morning that there was no way they would do with Staph in the urine so I'm a little confused.
