Recent PSA testing
My PSA has recently gone from 4 or 5 months at .04
A new test showed an uptick of .07
Still feel good
Probably bc of ending my ADT w/ my oncologist.
Anybody care to chime in , many thanks for your comments
Appreciate it

Going on an ADT holiday doesn’t always work. In my case, my PSA rises fast and furious if I stop my drugs.
Your PSA may seem to be rising quickly (almost 100%) It’s something you need to keep an eye on. The important thing is doubling time, How long it takes for your PSA to double. If it continues to rise at the speed It’s doing it now then you want to get a PSMA pet scan, To see if you have a metastasis that’s causing that rise. Then you go back on ADT And maybe a second drug like Zytiga or one of the lutamides.
If the PET scan finds a metastasis, you can have it zapped And the rise of your PSA could stop right there.
You don’t give any information about your case. Have you had a biopsy? Have you had any Treatments. How long ago? How frequently are you getting PSA tests??
@charlotte1216, you will find many discussions about PSA testing after ADT. See here:

Did you also have radiation? What did your oncologist say about the PSA results? How often will your be monitored now that you have completed ADT?
Hi - Hang in there . over about 5 months your rise is there , but you stopped ADT . The Moderator Colleen makes some good questions. What type of treatments have you had . Gleason score ? A little history would Frame things up better . Whats your Urologist say about the PSA rise . When you look at the number its still really low - So dont worry , just be proactive . I have seen many people come off ADT , it rises then falls back to a small number for years . If it keeps climbing , hope back on ADT or switch ADT types ? So many options . Let us know your history brother . You have this ! James on Vancouver Island .
I'm 4 months post-EBRT and 6 weeks past the conclusion of 6 months of ADT (on Orgovyx). A couple of recent (past two weeks) PSA tests put me at between 0.05 and 0.08. RO seems to like those numbers, but says when I get my next number in October, don't be surprised if there's a "bounce" due to the Orgovyx wearing off. Maybe that's what you're experiencing now.
The RO says that should be temporary.
