Happy2023 honestly I don’t think it makes a difference. I hardly ever expectorate anything during airway clearance. Only when I nebulize with NaCl and unless I am sick it’s saliva or post nasal drip. So volara did not make change in this instance. I would say it dries my throat during sessions. It vibrates my chest more than the Philips vest I use. All in all I use it when I am in a hurry and need to clear the lungs - sessions are sort 10 minutes, and I use it as a rule on the weekends just for change. I wanted to have it because NJ therapist said it was helpful with my bronchiectasis and MAC so I got it. Well if you are approved , get it I would say so you don’t regret you did not. May be it is a better than other common equipment for you. Let me know how it goes. You can email me privately too.

Thank you for your reply. Please message me.
I have an active pseudomonas infection since the fall of 2023 that NJH is keeping knocked back with my airway clearance therapy. I will collect every day green mucus in my lungs and can clear it out with my therapy. I seem to think the Volara will help my lungs in ridding more of the green gunk.
