I keep an N95 in my pocket or backpack whenever we're out walking or hiking (biking too) because you never know if something will come up that you'd feel more comfortable wearing it -- wind kicking up dust, guys weed whacking or putting down mulch in a yard just around the neighborhood, as well as waterfalls on trails, an unexpected thunderstorm that aerosols the mud on the trail, etc. I try my best to not take ridiculous risks but still live my life. I think it's one of the biggest struggles we all face post diagnosis, especially if you've completed medication and are clear, because you are working so hard to stay that way.
