What is the problem with CoQ10 and blood thinner like the Plavix I've been taking since my stroke 4 months ago? I've also been taking Atorvastatin, which is the reason for my taking the CoQ10.

Thx Jules,
I’m 73 and fortunately I’m not on any medication yet. It was taking an over the counter supplement that got me into this mess.
I stopped taking the magnesium that had 25mg of B6 in it, in January. I’m still surprised that 25mg a day could do so much damage. The supplement industry is a poorly regulated multi billion dollar industry that is poorly researched. I’ve been reading about supplement problems since this happened.
I started with inflammation from injuries (car accident) and now have both Axonal and peripheral neuropathy.
It appears I also have some vascular issues in my left foot following surgery.
Detoxing from the B6 caused awful symptoms but I feel I’m leveling out.
My goal is to take nothing.
The two biggest changes that have made big benefits have been cutting back sugar and drinking more water. I try not to sit too long (reading and writing) and take a couple of daily breaks to move and stretch.
Keep a healthy BMI and try not to stress over things! I find if I get stressed over something everything seems to malfunction.
Thanks for the link. I checked it out. Nothing on there that I take.
Thx for taking the time to post - I’m sure others may find they are taking something on that list and try taking Q10 to regain their equilibrium.
