I have lichen also and I use a water pick everyday.
Try different heads until you fine one that works for you, also start on low pressure.
Be careful don’t hit your gums but the space between your teeth. You will get a lot of junk out.
Your teeth will get clean and so will your gums.

Hi minnesota10. As I indicated, I've tried different brands and used the most gentle water jet possible. I can't just keep going out and buying more and more devices that don't suit my particular gum tissue. Would you please share what brand and setting you're using? Thanks.
