How long does the pain and swelling last after TKR?

I agree with the sleep part. I am 7 weeks out. I was no sleeping due to discomfort. My doctor suggested 1 Tylenol Pm and 1 extra strength Tylenol at night. It is working very good so far.

Tylenol did not work at all for me. I guess an NSAID such as Aleve or others would but I can’t take those. Good that Tylenol is helping you.
