I used the beta blocker Propranolol in low doses to relieve my anxiety when tapering. I still use it. It’s can be a lifesaver for many.

I don’t want to taper off Clonazepam. I am already on. Propranolol for a heart arrhythmia and my cardiologist said adding or changing a beta blocker would not be effective or wise. I am glad it is working for you. Thank you.
