White spots on tongue, Hair Loss, Inflammation of mouth tissue

For more than 6 months I have had this odd combination of symptoms.
It was thought to be Candida from a visual exam. I took Nystatin and it seemed to make it worse. The whitish tongue that was becoming less came back all over my tongue. The burning mouth started. I suddenly got patches of something like eczema. Woke up my top lip was swollen.

I was doing a candida diet (like paleo) and taking fungal herbs and probiotics. I started waking up with a lacy white group of spots on the edge of my tongue upward. I have seen a dentist, oral surgeon, 3 Physicians, Osteopath. No conclusions were made.

I stopped the probiots after I learned that refrigerated probiotics can carry a mold. I started eating allowable carbs like millet and coconut flour bread I made. The white lacey spots subsided. I moved to more affects of "leaky gut" so took L-glutamine. The hair loss is the most alarming part. I now take saw palmetto, Aswaganda, biotin daily. I use rosemary oils, sage, oils, and jojoba oil on my scalp 2 times a week.

I have no visible yeast infection but was told I could have yeast and no discharge. Does anyone have thoughts on this. I am continuing to improve a bit but it has been a long time.

Oral lichen planus? Low B12? Candida yeast infection? Praying for you to get better. Blessings.

Hi! I'm also dealing with some weird mouth issues that have been assumed as oral thrush but now, not sure? I'm guessing one of the practitioners you've seen has mentioned this, but because you're having hair loss, has anyone mentioned zinc deficiency? Wishing you healing!! These long roads are tough and can be emotionally draining.

@calmspace
It is called lichen planus. My cousin had it and it is benign.

I have MCTD, an autoimmune with similar symptoms to Lupus. For geographic tongue, sore mouth I was given Miracle Mouthwash (nystatin, pain relief) from the local prescription lab. It is an RX. One bottle and it has pretty much remained gone. It used to flare during stress or when I was eating a lot of junk food.
