I really upset my stomach with Nsaids and now have chronic gastritis and can't take them either! It's awful, I take them very sparingly if needed. I've been on hydrocodone but it's not the same.

Exactly what happened to me last year. I have taken it for so many years no problem. Ended up losing 20#, nausea and didn’t want to eat. NO MORE NSAIDs…
Sad thing is while I can and do use a small amt of hydrocodone but as I told my MD it feels dumb to take a narcotic when an NSAID would help because I really needed the anti-inflammatory med more than anything.
