I have used both Life Flo Magnesium Lotion and Life Flo oil. I also have Epsom-it lotion. Got all of it from Amazon. Just started using Magnesium Glycinate capsules. Nothing is too expensive so it certainly worth a try. Honestly, I'm not sure if it really helps.. the oil seems to help when my toe (just one) spasms. That's really painful and I spray the oil on it and after a few minutes it seems to relax. I use a blob of dicofenac gel (voltaren) and a blob of lidocaine 4% lotion and slather it on my feet.
I honestly have a collection of various creams, lotions and supplements that people have suggested. and it keeps growing! ;>)

Have you tried Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules? These worked well for a long time and I still take them. My pain is easier to tolerate than it was.
