I use a nebulizer with 2.5 mg of albuteral sulfate & .5 mg of iptapropium bromide beforehand. That takes about seven minutes &, hopefully, prepares my lung for maximum benefit from the Trelegy.

I do the same thing. The staff at Pulmonary Rehab suggested this and I think it helps.
