I take a broad spectrum enzyme by NOW called Digest Ultimate. This is because I didnt have a specific need ( like inability to only digest fats) but needed all the enzymes. I took one before lunch and that was all I needed; occassionaly if I were going out to eat at night, I woudl take another. I do not need much of anything to make a big change in my body. SOme people may need one cap at each meal.
I tried a pharmacitical brand THORNE Pancreatic Porcine enzymes which has only the 3 primary enzymes, but this did not work well for me. Sending postive energy for your healing
