Going bk to center for maintenance every 4-6 wks

I want to know how you use both items at the same time?

Been doing vibration platform therapy 3 times per week and only received temporary help with balance.

Based on your post I'm going to try and increase my vibration platform therapy to see how it can help long term

My red light therapy unit is on a stand so I turn it on and set timer for 15 minutes, then get on vibration plate for 15 minutes. I am in Louisiana.
