Anyone tried using red light therapy?
There seems to be some evidence that photobiomodulation - heating the skin via infra red light - has some benefits for stimulating nerve re growth. There are lots of devices available on Amazon as well as lots of seemingly expensive treatments provided by chiropractors.
I would be interested to know of any personal experience with such devices and any possible recommendations.

Personally I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TEMU. IMO it is all JUST JUNK FROM CHINA>
I have had a game changing result from using red light therapy for plantar fasciitis of the left foot. As someone who walks every day (100 miles per month), I was devastated when I developed plantar fasciitis and a heel spur and nothing seemed to help including injections. Was limping around for almost a year when I decided to order the Red Rush 400 from Red Therapy company after hearing about it from Energy Blueprint. At the time, the company (Red Therapy) was offering a refurbished model which I purchased with the discount code Energy Blueprint which saved $100. I believe I paid $400. After receiving it (it looked brand new and was probably a return as they offer a 60 day guarantee) I used it every day with the bottom of my feet pointed toward the device, 6” away for 10 minutes. Within a week I could feel the healing enough to walk a little outside again and within 2 weeks I was back to walking 3-4 miles every day. I continued to use the machine 5 days a week and also use it for other purposes. Recently, I pulled a muscle on the right side of my back which felt like a pinched nerve and would not go away for two weeks despite natural anti-inflammatory supplements. I hadn’t been using the machine for a couple weeks so one evening I used it with my back about 6 inches from the device for 10 minutes and to my HUGE surprise, my back no longer hurt when I woke up the next day! I did not expect that immediate result. I am a firm believer in this therapy for other issues as well that may take longer to see results. It has known benefits for thickening the skin (helpful for us 71 year olds!), arthritis etc. I looked on their website today and didn’t see that they are offering any refurbished models right now but the discount code Energy Blueprint still works. As a side note, you need to be undressed when using red light therapy as it does not penetrate clothing, and the distance from the machine depends on whether you need intense therapy or overall healing. If using on the face, remove makeup and sunscreen. Hope this helps!
I recently did 19 laser treatments and no pain meds for 2 months now.
Going bk to center for maintenance every 4-6 wks
Happy you found help!!
Been doing vibration platform therapy 3 times per week and only received temporary help with balance.

My red light therapy unit is on a stand so I turn it on and set timer for 15 minutes, then get on vibration plate for 15 minutes. I am in Louisiana.
Thanks, Old Soul. My issues with PAD and the pain in my legs seemed to really ramp up in recent months. I'm looking forward to giving Red Light Therapy a try.
My husband has neuropathy in his feet- many times at night they feel cold when they are not and he said he is going to try using my device. I told him consistency is the key. He said Gabapentin really helps his neuropathy but he does like taking drugs every day. I’ll post back if he does the therapy and gets a good result. Let me know if it works for you and don’t forget to use the discount code when ordering!
I have SMALl Fiber Neuropathy and Sojgrens. What is it and how do you use at home. Pain is VERY BAD!
I too have used Red Light therapy and find it helpful for some areas like the shoulder and hands. I have not tried it for headaches but thought I should try it for headaches to see if it helps. There are several companies out there. I like NOVAALABS. They offer different forms of red like therapy and most fairly affordable. I have a small hand held divine but I’m considering the blanket they have. For anyone with chronic pain I’d try it out. I’ve been dealing with CP (Chronic Pain) for 15 years!
