How long did you take the tymlos? I believe I’m like you..I process hormones very slow. And Ive got a long history of IBS. When I get the nausea and stomach pain from Tymlos it lasts 12-24 hrs. I had to go down to 1 click from 2..and still getting nausea. But I would guess at such a low dose I won’t get any benefit. 🙁 I haven’t tried Forteo but I’d guess I would feel same. I tried Evenity and had no GI trouble but horrendous insomnia…literally could not fall asleep for a month.

I took tymlos for 2 years. We are all different and react with side effects where we are vulnerable. IBS is a challenging condition and I hope you have good support for and find a path to recovery. Ayurveda has much support in this area but it is 'out of pocket cost' and requires a comitment to do the work, amend lifestyle and diet. Nonetheless a good ayurvedic doctor is a worthy part of your team.
DOnt underestaimate what a low dose can do to help.... you are doing what you can for best possible result.
