Your endocrinologist will suggest something specific to your bone density results and what you have already tried. I thought HRT was more maintenance and prevention, but not an actual bone builder? I was diagnosed at age 50, and I am 67 now. Sounds like you actually have done well till now! Best of luck to you : )

I have not taken any meds yet even been prescribed and suggested by my endocrinologist for couple years already because of my fears that meds cause and dental issues. As of now my main concert is my spine with T-score -2.9 (I'm 63) and I strongly think about Forteo... I could start Timlos a year ago but refused I thought that supplements, working out in gym and osteostrong gym could help and now I regret that I missed a year. I know that Forteo is much longer on the market and been used more widely than Timlos?!
Best regards and best of luck to you too:))
